September 9, 2026We have been members of the Elysian Fields Farm CSA since 2002. We participate in both the Spring/Summer and Fall CSAs. We have watched the farm grow and mature over the years. The produce is always fresh and fantastic. There is lots of variety, new things to try as well as old favorites. We raised our kids on Elise and Beth's produce and they are adventurous eaters as a result. I love supporting local agriculture and getting such excellent produce in return. We often "top up" our CSA order with extras from their Carrboro Farmer's Market stand on Saturdays. Elysian Fields Farm is simply the best.

For over 10 years we have been a part of the CSA program at Elysian Farm. An amazing array of produce that is always extremely high quality. My 3 kids, now 10 ,14, and 15 have learned to love so many of "Farmer Elise's" vegetables that come in the box, especially Rainbow Carrots! Can't wait for the next 10 years of local food!
