This is sourced from Nebraska Star Beef which was established in 1867 by a family settling in the Platte River Valley shortly after Nebraska was declared a state. 4 ribeyes steaks (14 oz) 1 strips (12 oz) 4 sirloin steaks (10 oz) 2 filets (8 oz) 1 roast (48 oz) 5 skirt steaks (10 oz) 10 ground (1 lb pkgs) Packages may be picked up in approximately 3-4 weeks. Ellsworth Crossing will call or email to arrange. *Weights are approximates and may be slightly higher or lower depending on hanging weight and finishing. **We may need to substitute depending on timing and production. All substitutes will be cleared with buyer.
