Friendly and professional. Invited me to see the excellent condition and humain conditions the animals are maintained in. Was kindly flexible with schedule change. Saw everything from eggs, to chicks, fledglings, adult to packaging I will be shopping again and telling my friends & family this is a great way to eat clean!
