February 20, 2025Having never purchased beef outside of the local grocery store I wasn't sure what to expect when I purchased a 1/2 side of grass fed beef from Dierks Farm. It's been 2 months since the Dierks family delivered the beef and we've cooked at least one cut of meat from the various cuts we chose. The quality of the beef is fantastic, from the roasts, steaks, and the hamburger everything tastes awesome. Knowing the benefits of eating grass fed beef gives me peace of mind that I'm feeding my family the best possible beef. As long as Dierks Family is selling grass fed beef, we will be buying from them every time!
