Brilyn Acres LLC
We are Brian and Lynette Sauder, owners of Brilyn Acres LLC, located in Ephrata, Lancaster County, PA. The farm name was created combining the first three letters of each of our first names. Historically, farms were named combining the husband and wife names, and we chose to continue this tradition. We moved onto the family farm in 2005 and our children, Brandon & Katelyn, were able to enjoy the farm life throughout their childhood. Our farm has been in the Sauder family for several generations. Our children are the fourth generation to live on the farm and experience the beauty of this special place. Brian's grandfather, Amos Sauder, bought the property in the 1930's. The Ephrata-Warwick Rail Trail borders the edge of the property. Users of the trail may be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of our Angus cattle grazing in the green pastures along the Cocalico Creek. Farming is not easy work and through the teamwork of our family, we strive to provide our customers with quality meat grown and raised on our farm. Each member of our family, using their gifts, talents and interests, play an integral part in making the farm operate smoothly. We continue to look for opportunities and ways we can use our farm to bless others. We have had several local FFA members raise their fair animals on our farm. We love to share our passion for agriculture with the next generation and encourage and advise them.

We just grilled two of THE BEST Filet Mignon we have ever eaten! Of course, I have one of the best homemade marinades ever, but thank you for your commitment to excellence! "Do you see someone excellent (skilled) in their work? They will serve before kings and not mere men!" Prov. 22:29
