Boxcarr Farms began in 2009 with a simple dream and a patch of stubborn Southern red clay — to bring our family together and build something meaningful, delicious, and a little wild. What started as a modest farm soon grew into a living, breathing family endeavor led by siblings Austin and Samantha, along with Austin’s wife, Dani. Together with our parents, kids, and extended family, we’ve built a life rooted in hard work, good food, and a fair amount of heart — the kind that grows slowly, season by season, alongside the animals and the land, tempered by humility and strengthened by time.

September 9, 2026Delicious cheeses that seem like European imports but are made right there on the farm!!! Absolutely incredible cheese! And the people are full of joy and the goats too. Recommend going to any of their events and if you find their cheese around town get some you will enjoy it!

One of the best cheese I've ever had. You can tell they make them with care. I visited them at the Cary farmer's market and got the Rocketteer's Robiola ash dusted goat cheese and the Classic Cream. I was so impressed with the two. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and helpful, and is another reason why I will be coming back. Thank you so much!
