I’m picky when it comes to steak because I don’t like them to have too much fat. I know, I know what you’re thinking... but that’s where the flavor comes from. After talking it over with Backus Farms, they created a bundle they thought I would love. Let me tell you, they hit it out of the park. Not only was this one of the best steaks I’ve had, it was also minimal fat and just the right amount marbling. I can’t wait to try the other cuts they recommended as well as some ground beef in the future. I’ll never buy meat from anywhere else! Thank you, Backus Farms!

Great communication through the entire process, friendly and kept us up to date from start to finish. Great price and the beef is amazing. This was our first experience with Backus Farms and it won’t be out last, customers for life!! Highly recommend this farm!!! I give this farm and their service an 11 out of 10. Hands down the best!!
