Beef Liver, Grass-Finished

I’ve now had two orders from Vicky, and the grass fed longhorn is top notch. I’ve purchased other local grass fed beef in the past and while the ground beef was generally good, the roast and steaks had a gamey flavor. Everything we’ve tried from B4 has tasted great, including the steaks. Highly recommend!

Excellent taste and quality. Also local to Oklahoma. I was diagnosed with heart disease. Stopped eating red meat for the most part for 5 years. Researched and found the health benefits of occassional grass fed and finished meat. Super high in those healthy omega 6 acids. Like wild caught salmon. I am so glad I tried B4 Farms. It took me a time or so to learn to cook it, but now I am an expert and it is so good. I get t bones, ground beef, roasts...everything has been excellent. I do not even typically like sirloin. I grilled one up the other day and swore I was eating a different cut. So tender and flavorful. I really highly recommend B4 Farms if you want friendly people, excellent meat and to support local ranches. You won't be sorry.
