Just received a shipment of beef from 402 Beef. Had several packages of their huge meaty beef ribs included. Yesterday, cooked them on my pellet grill for about 8 hours! OMG, they came off the grill and they were mouth watering! Had company over and they, along with me, had never had ribs as delicious as these! So tender, they melted in your mouth! Now this is Real Nebraska good, Beef like I had, growing up on our farm in Nebraska.
