Our Pasture-Raised pigs get to forage acres of our farm. They are free from hormones and antibiotics. The typical 1/2 side Hog is 120-150 lbs. hanging wt. A varierty of cuts are available, including pork chops, bacon,ham, steaks and suasage. Items can be smoked or fresh (non-smoked). Great for small families, the variety and cost savings compared to buying individual cuts to feed the whole group are winners. Pricing includes processing and delivery. 

Trim (ground pork) can vary from 20-30 lbs or more depending on size of hog and what you will choose to grind.

Our Pasture-Raised Skirt Steak has a deep, rich, beefy flavor, perfect when marinated before grilling.  Choose a little seasoning of coarse salt and a hint of black pepper or, a light marinade. Skirt is best cooked evenly on each side over a searing hot grill, which ensures that the outside of the steak is crispywhile the inside is moist and juicy.

Since our beef is Pasture-Raised, it has a depth and layer of flavors as well as having an increased amount of Omega 3 which is good for heart and brain health.

Our Beef Bacon is delicious, pasture-raised and without any antibiotics, hormones or steroids. It is wood smoked and is an ideal choice for keto and paleo diets or for those who just love beef. Beef bacon has a meaty, smoky and savory flavor. Like pork bacon our beef bacon is made from the belly. Take one bite and you’ll enjoy  every morsel. Beef bacon has less fat and because it has a higher melting point than pork fat, it will take longer to render, which means the bacon will  spend longer in the pan.
