We have gotten the 1/4 beef and I can’t say enough good things about the quality of all the cuts! What really spoiled me for any other beef is the ground beef! It sounds silly but we eat more of this than any other cuts. We have never had hamburger (s) that were so delicious! We will be ordering another 1/4 this summer! Shout out to the local locker here in Newhall, they ground the meat so lean I have to add a bit of fat most of the time, and do an amazing job of customizing to your cut desire. Get stew meat for kabobs, stroganoff etc!!  Overall highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
